摘　　要：[目的]探讨运用FOCUS-PDCA程序降低外来医疗器械灭菌湿包发生率的效果。[方法]运用FOCUS-PDCA程序的发现、组织、澄清、理解、选择、计划、实施、检查和执行9个步骤分析外来医疗器械灭菌湿包发生原因,制定改进措施。[结果]实施FOCUS-PDCA程序干预后,外来医疗器械湿包发生率(0.72%)较干预前(4.32%)下降(P<0.001)。[结论]运用FOCUS-PDCA程序可有效降低外来医疗器械灭菌湿包发生率,确保手术的正常进行。Objective：To probe into the effect of FOCUS-PDCA to reduce the incidence of sterilization wet bag package of foreign medical devices.Methods：To analyze the reasons of foreign medical device sterilization wet package by using finding,organizing,clarifing,understanding,selecting,planing,doing,checking and act of nine steps of FOCUS-PDCA program,and formulated improvement measures.Results：After implementation of FOCUS-PDCA program intervention,the rate of sterilization wet package of foreign medical devices（0.72%）decreased compared with that before intervention（4.32%）（P〈0.001）.Conclusions：Application of FOCUS-PDCA program could effectively reduce the incidence of sterilization wet package of foreign medical devices and ensure operation goes well.
