以护理结局为导向的个案管理模式在骨科专科护士培训中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨以护理结局为导向的个案管理模式在骨科专科护士临床实践培训中的应用效果。[方法]以2014年和2015年全军骨科专科护士培训基地的86名学员为研究对象,2014年的42名学员(对照组)采用常规护理个案管理模式进行临床实践教学培训,2015年的44名学员(观察组)采用以护理结局为导向的护理个案管理模式。对两组学员个案管理护理质量的基础指标、临床指标达成情况和综合能力进行比较。[结果]观察组学员在护理安全质量、专科护理质量、基础护理质量等临床指标方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学员综合能力评分为(92±4)分,明显高于对照组(79分±6分),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在骨科专科护士临床实践培训中应用以护理结局为导向的个案管理模式,能在保证护理查体、护理诊断、护理措施、效果评价规范性和准确性的基础上,提高学员的临床护理质量和综合能力。Objective：To probe into the application effect of case management model oriented with nursing outcome in clinical practice training of orthopedics nurses.Methods：A total of 86 students in army orthopedic specialist nurse training base in 2014 and 2015 were the research objects,42 students in 2014（control group）adopted normal nursing case management model for clinical practice teaching training,another 44 students in 2015（observation group）adopted case management model oriented with nursing outcome.The basic index,clinical index and comprehensive ability of case management nursing quality of two groups were compared.Results：The students in observation group were significantly superior to the students in control group in terms of clinical indicators such as nursing safety quality,specialty nursing quality and basic nursing quality（P〈0.05）.The comprehensive ability score of the observation group was92±4,significantly higher than that in control group（79±6）,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Application of case management model oriented with nursing outcome in clinical practice training of orthopedic specialist nurse,could ensure the normative and accuracy of nursing charge,nursing diagnosis and nursing measures,performance evaluation,and enhance the clinical nursing quality and comprehensive ability of students.
