摘　　要：从蚕茧生产、工业经济运行、丝绸产品外贸出口和茧丝交易市场等方面,对2017年中国茧丝绸行业的整体运行情况进行了剖析,指出在行业出口持续低迷和下滑的局面下,仍然实现内外销双增长、保持行业平稳运行与稳中提质的原因。同时,提出2018年随着国际市场需求的不断回暖,国内丝绸商品出口形势将得到改观,但综观国际和国内形势,当前中国茧丝绸行业的发展依然面临着新的机遇和挑战。基于此,在中国经济发展进入新时代的大背景下,中国茧丝绸行业要想实现高质量发展,就必须立足当前、着眼未来,有针对性地突破结构性矛盾和发展瓶颈的约束,坚持以"调结构、稳增长、补短板、促升级"为基本目标,加快推进行业供给侧结构性改革,更好地推动行业经济发展方式的根本转变。尤其要重点围绕"抓基地、抓管理、抓市场、防风险"四个方面,打好原料保障攻坚战、质量提升攻坚战、贸易转型升级攻坚战和化解市场风险攻坚战。This paper analyzes the overall operation of China’ s cocoon silk industry in 2017 from cocoon silkproduction, industrial economy operation, silk product export and cocoon silk trading market and indicates thatreasons for achieving dual sale growth in both domestic market and foreign market, keeping stable operation andimproving quality under the situation of continuous low and declining industry export. As international marke t demandcontinues to improve in 2018, the export situation of domestic silk products improves. But seeing from theinternational and domestic situation, the development of current China’s cocoon silk industry is still faced with newopportunities and challenges. On this basis, China’s cocoon silk industry must be based on the present, look to thefuture, break through the constraints of structural contradictions and development bottleneck, regard “ adjusting thestructure, stabilizing the growth, complementing the shortcoming and promoting upgrading ” as the objective,accelerate structural reform of supply side and better drive fundamental change of industrial economic developmentmode in order to achieve high-quality development under the general buckhound where China ’ s economicdevelopment enters the new times. It is in particular required to focus on four aspects “ the base, management,market and risk” to overcome the difficulties in raw material guarantee, quality improvement, trade transformationand upgrading, and market risk resolving.
