摘 要:本研究采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)的方法,对新疆四个地区(哈密地区、昌吉地区、伊犁地区和和田地区)的106份牛、羊血样分别进行了蓝舌病(BT)、牛流行热(BEF)和鹿流行性出血热(EHD)的抗体检测。结果显示蓝舌病(BT)抗体仅在哈密地区血样中检出,其中牛检出率为12.90%,羊检出率为60%;牛流行热(BEF)抗体在哈密、伊犁和和田地区的牛血清样本中检出率均为100%,昌吉地区检出率为55%;鹿流行性出血热(EHD)抗体仅在哈密地区羊血清样本中检出,检出率为20%。哈密地区的牛血清样本中同时检出BEFV和BTV两种病毒的为12.9%,羊血清样本中同时检出BTV和EHDV两种病毒的为20%;以上结果说明在新疆地区有蓝舌病、牛流行热和鹿流行性出血热的流行,并且存在多种虫媒病混合感染的情况,应在实际检测、防疫工作中加以注意。In this study, 106 blood samples from some areas of Xinjiang (Hami, Changji, Yili and Hetian) were screened by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), respectively. (BEF) and deer epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHD). The results showed that the infection rate of bovine pigmented tongue blight (BT) in Hami area was 12.90%, the infection rate of sheep was 60%, and BTV antibody was not detected in other areas. The bovine epidemic fever (BEF) in Hami, Yili and Hetian areas (EF)infection rate was 20% in the Hami area, and no EHDV was detected in other areas. The infection rate of bovine infected cattle was 100% in the Changji area, and the infection rate of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHD) of the antibody. It is worth noting that the infection rate of BEFV and BTV virus was 12.9% in cattle in the Hami area, and 20% was the infection rate of BTV and EHDV infection. The results showed that the infection rate of BTV and EHDV was 20% Hot and deer epidemic hemorrhagic fever epidemic. And there will be cattle and sheep at the same time infected with two different insect disease situation, suggesting that we cattle and sheep insecticide mixed infection is more common, should be in the actual detection work to be noted.
