摘  要:为筛选适合卷烟工业应用的多叶型优质烤烟品种(系),以CF225、K326和鲁烟2号3个多叶中间香型烤烟品种(系)为试验材料,在山东省费县采用田间小区对比试验研究其与当地主栽品种NC102(CK)农艺性状、经济性状及内在品质的差异。结果表明:在3个多叶中间香型烤烟品种(系)中,以鲁烟2号的综合性状表现最好,其株高、总叶数、茎围及最大叶长、宽分别为66.8cm、19.5片、9.2cm、65.5cm和32.6cm,并极显著或显著(茎围和最大叶宽除外)高于CK;中部烟叶的产量、产值和均价分别为2 266.5kg/hm^2、53 829.0元/hm^2和23.8元/kg,且产值极显著高于CK,产量和均价与CK差异不显著;中部烟叶的上中等烟比例为90.08%,且化学成分协调,评吸质量较好。鲁烟2号烤烟品种(系)在生产上具有较好的推广应用前景。To screen quality flue-cured leafy tobacco cultivars suitable for cigarette industry application,we compared the difference agronomic characteristics,economic characteristics and inner quality of three flue-cured leafy tobacco cultivars(lines),including CF225,K326 and Luyan 2,with the local cultivar NC102(CK)through a field comparison experiment conducted in Feixian County of Shandong Province.Results:Luyan 2 had the best comprehensive performance,with the plant height,total leaf number,stem girth,maximum leaf length and width of respectively 66.8 cm,19.5 leaves,9.2 cm,65.5 cm and 32.6 cm,which were extremely significantly or significantly higher than CK except stem girth and maximum leaf width;Yield,output value and mean price of middle leaves were respectively2 266.5 kg/hm^2,53 829.0 Yuan/hm^2,23.8 Yuan/kg,and the output value was very significantly higher than CK,while yield and mean price were of no significant difference with CK.The first and middle class tobacco of middle leaves accounted for 90.08%,with coordinated chemical components and better smoking quality.Luyan 2 had better application prospect in tobacco production.
