摘  要:为提高施氏鲟胚胎发育及抗氧化损伤能力,在孵化水体中添加谷氨酰胺(Gln),以观察其对施氏鲟胚胎发育及其生化指标的影响。结果表明:添加Gln的各处理较对照的孵化率、可溶性蛋白含量、SOD酶活力和CAT酶活力分别提高3.50%~11.86%、10.29%~17.43%、8.74%~16.99%和4.10%~15.90%,畸形率和MDA含量降低幅度分别为-51.90%^-12.66%和-20.83%^-12.50%;5.0mg/L的Gln为最佳添加量。Gln能促进施氏鲟胚胎发育、提高孵化率、促进抗氧化酶合成,并可降低畸形率和MDA含量。The embryonic development and biochemical indexes of Acipenserschrenckiiembryos in hatching water containing different Gln concentration were determined to improve development and antioxidant damage ability of A.schrenckii embryos.Result:The hatching rate,soluble protein content,SOD activity and CAT activity of A.schrenckii embryos in hatching water containing different Gln concentration are 3.50%-1.86%,10.29%-17.43%,8.74%-16.99% and 4.10%-15.90% higher than CK respectively and the decrease range in deformity rate and MDA content of A.schrenckii embryos in hatching water containing different Gln concentration is-51.90%--12.66% and-20.83%--12.50%compared with CK separately.The optimum Gln concentration for embryonic development of A.schrenckii is 5.0 mg/L.Gln can promote embryonic development of A.schrenckii,improve hatching rate of A.schrenckii embryos,accelerate antioxidase synthesis and reduce embryonic deformity rate and MDA content.
