摘  要:痛风是一种代谢性关节炎,与嘌呤核苷酸代谢失衡或由肾脏排泄尿酸障碍所引起的高尿酸血症相关,临床发病率较高。微RNA(miRNAs)是一种进化高度保守的非编码RNA,它们能够在基因转录后水平抑制翻译或对靶基因进行mRNA降解,可参与细胞的生长发育、分化、凋亡等重要生命过程;其表达失调可导致免疫功能紊乱、炎症性疾病或自身免疫性疾病。新近研究发现多种miRNAs在痛风中呈现异常表达,同时参与痛风的致病途径,它们在痛风中的识别可能与Toll样受体、白细胞介素1、趋化因子和NLRP3炎性体相关。Gout is a metabolic arthritis associated with hyperuricemia caused by metabolic imbalance of purine nucleotides or dysuria caused by renal excretion of uric acid,with a high clinical incidence. MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are small,noncoding RNA species that are highly evolutionarily conserved,playing a role in the degradation of target mRNA or inhibition of mRNA translation by complementary pairing with the target region of target gene mRNA. miRNAs can participate in important processes,such as cell growth,differentiation and apoptosis,and its expression disorder can lead to immune disorders,inflammatory diseases,or autoimmune diseases. Recent studies have found that a variety of miRNAs express abnormally in gout,participating in the pathogenesis. The identification of miRNAs in gout may be associated with Toll-like receptors,interleukin-1,chemokines and nucleotide binding oligomerization domain like receptors 3 inflammasome.
