摘 要:浸润性乳腺癌是乳腺癌中最常见的病理类型,预后较乳腺原位癌差。超声弹性成像技术作为一种新的技术,种类繁多,各有优势,目前主要用于辅助鉴别诊断乳腺良恶性疾病,提高超声诊断正确率。近年来,国际上出现了大量将各种弹性成像技术应用于浸润性乳腺癌的研究,研究方向主要是通过病灶硬度与临床病理的关系,预测浸润性乳腺癌患者的预后,而利用弹性技术诊断浸润性乳腺癌的研究较少。Invasive breast cancer is the most common pathological type in breast cancer. Its prognosis is worse than breast cancer in situ. As a new technology,ultrasound elastography has multiple types and many advantages. It is mainly used to improve the diagnostic accuracy which assists to differentially diagnose benign and malignant breast lesion at present. In recent years,there are a large number of studies about the application of various elastographic technologies to invasive breast cancer in the world. The research direction is mainly to predict the prognosis of invasive breast cancer through the relationship between lesion hardness and clinical pathology,while there are still few studies about diagnosing invasive breast cancer by elastography.
