摘　　要：以TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)为主要原料合成了系列阴离子型水性聚氨酯热熔胶乳液,并综合考虑了成本和性能的关系。探讨了异氰酸酯种类、大分子多元醇种类、NCO/OH摩尔比、交联剂三羟甲基丙烷TMP等对水性聚氨酯热熔胶性能的影响,测试了力学性能、耐水性能,并对产品进行了红外谱图表征。In this article, we take into account the relation between the cost and the properties. A series of waterborne polyurethane hot-melt adhesive emulsions was synthesized by using toluene diisocyanate（TDI）as main raw material. The influence of soft segment types of waterborne polyurethane hot-melt adhesive, NCO/OH mol ratio and cross linking system on the emulsions and the water resistance, physical properties and coating hand-feel of the coating membrane was investigated.The ATR IR spectrum of the membrane was demonstrated to be that typical to waterborne polyurethanes.
