摘  要:以陶瓷纤维为填料,添加到PE基木塑材料(WPC)中,制备了高性能木塑墙板。与不添加陶瓷纤维的木塑墙板相比,添加陶瓷纤维的木塑墙板其冲击强度增加147.54%,拉伸强度增加43.24%,三点弯曲强度增加76.28%,四点弯曲强度增加79.07%,陶瓷纤维的适宜添加量为10~14份,PE树脂最佳用量为31~34份。WPC siding with high performance were prepared by using ceramic fiber as filler, and the mechanical property of WPC siding are more superior to those of no ceramic fiber as filler. The impact strength increase by 147.54%,the tensile strength increase by 43.24%, the three-point bending strength increase by 76.28%, and the four-point bending strength increase by 79.07%. The appropriate dosage of ceramic fiber is 10-14 phr, and the optimal dosage of PE resin is 31-34 phr.
