摘  要:针对高阶滤波器功耗高和频带窄的问题,提出了一种电流模式n阶多功能滤波器。该电路仅由一个第二代电流传输器(CCII)、一个电流差分级联跨导放大器(CDCTA)以及接地电容组成。电路结构简单,功耗低至6.82 mW,灵敏度小于1,3 dB带宽大于100 MHz,且带宽可电控调谐。PSpice仿真和硬件实验测试结果表明所设计的电路正确有效。In order to solve problems of high power consumption and narrow bandwidth, a new current-mode nth-order multifunction filter circuit was presented. It is composed of one CCII( second-generation current conveyor), one CDCTA( current differencing cascaded transconductance amplifier) and grounded capacitors. The proposed filter enjoys the simple structure and the circuit power consump-tion is only 6. 82 mW, the maximum sensitivities value is only 1 and the circuit bandwidth is over 100 MHz. Moreover, its band-width can be tuned electronically. PSpice simulation and hardware experiment have been included to verify the theoretical analysis.
