摘 要:水稻是我国主要的粮食作物。但我国的粮食产量远远不能满足需求,加之每年水稻因病害、虫害以及不良环境因素造成大量的经济损失,因而必须进行品种改良,提高粮食产量。转基因技术打破了传统育种的观念,给水稻育种带来了一种新途径,但是转基因水稻对人体是否有伤害还存在争议。本文主要从水稻转基因的技术方法、转基因水稻及其安全性的研究进展3个方面进行综述,以供相关人员参考。Rice is the main grain crop for subsistence in our country.Its grain output is far from enough to meet the demand.In addition,great economic losses was caused by rice diseases,pests and undesirable environmental factors every year,so the variety improvement should be carried out to promote the yield.The transgenic technology has broken the concept of traditional breeding and brought a new way to rice breeding,but it is still open to discuss whether transgenic rice is harmful to the human body.In this paper,the research advances,technical methods and safety of transgenic rice were reviewed,so as to provide references for related personnel.
