摘　　要：利用具有米质优、抗逆性较强、配合力好、恢复系谱广和繁殖制种良好等特点的不育系深95A作母本,选用恢复力强、稳产、品质优、抗性强和适应性广的恢复系R556作父本,采用三系杂交水稻新组合选配方法进行杂交水稻新组合选配,选配出杂交水稻新组合深95优556,并对该杂交水稻新组合产量、米质、抗性和生育期等综合性状进行分析研究。结果表明,该组合具有多穗、稳产性能好、米质优、抗性强、耐热性好和灌浆充实度高等优良性状,适宜申请华南早籼杂交水稻迟熟组和一季晚熟组品种审定进行生产应用。The sterile line Shen 95 A was selected as female parent which have good rice quality,strong resistance,good combining ability,wide restore pedigree and good breeding seed production,while the restorer line R556 was selected as male parent which have strong restoring ability,stable yield,excellent quality,strong resistance and wide adaptability.The matching method of the three-line hybrid rice new combination was adopted to screen the new hybrid rice combination,and the new hybrid rice combination Shen 95 You 556 was generated. The comprehensive characters（such as yield,rice quality,resistance and growth period）of new hybrid rice combination were analyzed.The results showed that,this new hybrid rice combination has excellent traits such as multiple spike,stable yield,excellent rice quality,strong resistance,good heat resistance,and high grouting plumpness,etc.It′ s suitable for applying for authorization to produce and apply in southern early indica hybrid rice late maturity group and the first quarter late maturity species group.
