摘 要:以不同温度焙烧的ZSM-23为载体,采用等体积浸渍法、400℃还原制备得到Pt/ZSM-23系列催化剂。采用热重(TG)、N2物理吸附、NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、有机元素分析、红外光谱(FT-IR)和吡啶吸附红外光谱(Py-IR)等手段,对分子筛及催化剂进行表征。以正十二烷为模型原料,在固定床反应器上考察了Pt/ZSM-23的临氢异构化性能。结果表明,350℃焙烧脱除部分模板剂后,利用400℃还原过程进一步脱模制得的催化剂表现出最高的异构体收率(87.6%)和多支链异构体收率(41.4%)。探讨了模板剂脱除方式对催化剂孔道性质、酸性质以及异构化性能的影响。A series of ZSM-23 supports were prepared using different calcination temperature.Incipient wetness impregnation method was employed to load Pt on these supports,and then the prepared samples were reduced at 400℃ to obtain the bifunctional catalysts Pt/ZSM-23.TG,N2 adsorption,NH3-TPD,organic element analysis,FT-IR and Py-IR were applied to characterize the supports and catalysts. Hydroisomerization performance of catalysts was evaluated using n-dodecane as model reactant in a fixed bed reactor.The results show that the Pt/ZSM-23 catalyst detemplated by coupling 350℃ calcination and 400℃ reduction displays the highest isomer yield(87.6%)and multibranched isomer yield(41.4%).The effects of detemplation method on the acidity,texture properties and catalytic performance of bifunctional catalysts are discussed.
