摘 要:为了考察循环流化床颗粒循环回路上流化床、提升管和旋风分离器料腿等主要单元的压力脉动诱因,采用实验的方法,在颗粒循环速率为3.5kg/s、流化床表观气速为0.11m/s、提升管表观气速为3.5m/s、颗粒质量流率为200kg/(m2·s)的操作条件下,同时测量3个单元上的动态压力。结果表明,3个单元均存在有压力低频高幅的波动,即压力脉动现象,其中,流化床的压力脉动来源于上行的气泡扰动,提升管的压力脉动来源于斜管下料的不稳定性和颗粒团聚,料腿的压力脉动来源于进出口和颗粒与气体的相互作用。对比3个单元的压力脉动表明,料腿下部的压力脉动强度最大。在颗粒循环回路上,一个单元产生的压力脉动流入下一个单元时,由于流态发生改变导致压力脉动很快衰减。In order to investigate the origin of pressure fluctuation in the circulating fluidized bed(CFB)reactor,dynamic pressure in the particle circulating loop was measured on an experimental CFB unit.The pressure measuring points in this experiment were located at different places of three different units,i.e.,fluidized bed,riser and cyclone dipleg.The dynamic pressure measurement in the above three units was carried out simultaneously,and the test results showed that low frequency and high amplitude pressure fluctuation phenomena present in all the three units.The pressure fluctuation in the fluidized bed originates from the upstream gas bubble.However,for the riser,the pressure fluctuation is caused by feed instability and particle agglomeration;for the cyclone dipleg,it is caused by inlet feed instability,outlet discharge instability and the interaction between particles and gas phase.At the bottom of the dipleg,the pressure fluctuation intensity is always higher than that of other measuring points.In the particle circulating loop,fluidization pattern changes when particle flows from one unit to the next,and thus leads to quick pressure fluctuation decay.
