摘  要:通过浸渍法和碳热还原法制备了以K2CO3为助剂、以Ni修饰介孔碳为载体的碳化钼(β-Mo_2C)催化剂。在合成气原料比n(H2)/n(CO)=1.0、反应压力p=8.0 MPa、合成气气体空速GHSV=3000h-1和反应温度T=300℃的反应条件下,进行了β-Mo_2C催化CO加氢反应制备混合醇的催化反应评价。评价结果表明,镍/介孔碳(Ni/NC)载体的不同制备方法对β-Mo_2C催化合成低碳混合醇催化性能有显著影响。由软模板一步法制备的前驱体OSM-Ni/NC组成的催化剂K-β-Mo_2C-OSM-Ni/NC的总醇选择性(40.0%)高于由软模板浸渍法制备的前驱体IM-Ni/NC组成的催化剂K-β-Mo_2C-IM-Ni/NC的总醇选择性(28.5%),其原因是前者的活性组分分散度高且在孔道内部分布较多,并且前者中存在的Mo0.84Ni0.16相比后者中存在的MoNi4对低碳醇生成的促进作用更强。β-Mo2C catalysts are promoted by K2CO3 and supported on nickel modified mesoporous carbon(Ni/NC)by incipient wetness impregnation and following carbothermal reduction method.At n(H2)/n(CO)=1.0,p=8.0 MPa,GHSV=3000 h-1 and T=300℃,catalytic performance of the catalysts was evaluated by the synthesis of mixed alcohols from syngas.Results show that different preparation methods of ordered mesoporous carbon/nickel precursor exhibit remarkable impacts on catalytic performance for synthesizing mixed alcohols.It is found that the K-β-Mo2COSM-Ni/NC(40.0%total alcohol selectivity)catalyst comprised of OSM-Ni/NC supports prepared by one-pot soft template method presents higher catalytic performance in alcohols selectivity than that of K-β-Mo2C-IM-Ni/NC catalyst(28.5% total alcohol selectivity)consisted of IM-Ni/NC supports prepared by soft template method and incipient wetness impregnation method.That is because theβ-Mo2C-OSM-Ni/NC has higher dispersion of active species on supports,making more active sites distributed inside the pores.In addition,the Mo0.84 Ni0.16 phase inβ-Mo2C-OSM-Ni/NC catalyst shows better promotion effect than the MoNi4 phase inβ-Mo2C-IM-Ni/NC.
