摘  要:研究了江西烟区摘除下部烟叶的时间和打叶数量对烤烟不同叶位烟叶养分含量和碳氮代谢产物的影响。结果表明:在同一打叶时间下,摘除5片叶处理的中部叶和上部叶总糖、还原糖、淀粉含量低于摘除2片叶的处理,氮、烟碱含量高于摘除2片叶处理。打顶后第1天摘掉下部叶的处理,下部和上部烟叶的氮含量最高,但打叶时间对中部叶氮含量影响较小。烤后烟叶化学成分分析表明:摘除下部2片叶处理的烤后烟叶化学成分较协调,烟叶质量较好,而打顶后第1天摘除下部叶有利于协调烤后烟叶化学成分,提升烟叶质量。综合中、上部烟叶的化学成分分析,打顶后第1天摘除下部2片烟叶的生产模式烤后烟叶化学成分协调性最优。The effects of the time and quantity of removing lower fresh leaves on the nutrient content,and carbon and nitrogen metabolites of flue-cured tobacco leaves in different leaf positions in Jiangxi tobacco-growing areas were investigated. The results showed that: under the conditions of the same leaf-removing time,the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar and starch in middle and upper dry leaves in the treatment of removing five leaves were lower than those in the treatment of removing two leaves,yet the contents of nitrogen and nicotine in the former were higher than those in the latter. The nitrogen content in upper and lower dry leaves in the treatment of removing lower leaves one day after topping was the highest,but the leaf-removing time had little effect on the nitrogen content in middle dry leaves. In the treatment of removing lower two leaves,the baked tobacco leaves had relatively coordinated chemical compositions and better quality; while the treatment of removing lower leaves one day after topping was beneficial to the coordination of baked leaf chemical compositions and the improvement of baked leaf quality. In conclusion,removing lower two leaves one day after topping could obtain the baked tobacco leaves with the most coordinated chemical compositions.
