摘　　要：选择宁夏"同心模式"和福建"明溪模式"作为土地承包经营权抵押贷款运行机理的比较分析对象,从法律规定、理论争议到政策变化的基础上对2种模型的运作过程、存在差异、面临困境、运行机制等进行了比较分析,为农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款的顺利推广提供了可借鉴经验及完善方向。Two kinds of mortgage loan models（ Tongxin model of Ningxia,and Mingxi model of Fujian） were selected to research the operating mechanism of land contractual right mortgage loan. The operating process,existent problems,faced adverse conditions and operating mechanism of these two kinds of models were compared and analyzed on the basis of legal provisions,theoretical disagreements and policy changes,which can provide referential experience and perfection direction for the smooth popularization of rural land contractual right mortgage loan.
