摘　　要：应用一阶导数光谱法测定何首乌及其炮制品中二苯乙烯甙的含量。实验结果表明:本法操作简便,重现性好,结果稳定,可用为何首乌炮制质量标准之一。This paper reports the assay of stilbene glucoside in the root of Polygonum multiflorum and its two processed products by first derivative spectrophotometry. The method is simple, convenient and the the results are stable and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of processing Polygonum multiflorum.
