摘 要:为探究不同因素对水泥混凝土面板和沥青混凝土面层层间粘结性能的影响,采用正交试验设计方法,考虑面层材料级配、界面处治方式、粘层油种类以及厚度等不同因素,分析各因素对抗剪强度的影响水平。结果表明,对"白加黑"层间抗剪强度的影响最大的是界面处治措施,其次是粘层油厚度,粘层油种类影响相对较弱,面层材料级配的影响最小。根据研究推荐采用露石界面,并按照1.4kg/m2的用量洒布SBS改性乳化沥青粘层油。In order to study the effect of different factors on the bonding performance of the interface between concrete slabs and asphalt layer,the orthogonal design was conducted to analyze influences ' level of different factors. The factors consist of gradation of surface pavement,interface treatment,bonding oil and its thickness. The result shows that interface treatment has the biggest effect on the interlayer shearing strength of the white and black pavement,while the thickness of bonding oil is the secondary i MPacts. The type of bonding oil is follow,while the gradation of surface pavement has a bit effect on the interlayer shearing strength. Based on this study,the exposing aggregate interface is to be recommended. At the same time,SBS emulsified asphalt should be sprinkled on the interface by 1.4 kg/m2.
