公立医院医务人员对医院文化认知的研究——基于南京的调研

摘　　要：通过对公立医院医务人员的问卷调查,发现目前公立医院的医务人员对医院文化的内涵与功能,及医院文化的物质层面、精神层面、行为层面、制度层面的认知都有所欠缺,究其原因主要包括医院精神层面的文化建设过于表面化、物质层面文化建设与精神层面文化建设脱节、人本主义核心价值观的缺失以及制度层面建设缺乏约束性与时效性等。为重塑公立医院文化,本文提出从人本主义精神、和谐医院环境、互信的医疗服务关系及完善的管理制度四个方面加强建设。Based on the culture cognition investigation of the public hospital among the medical staff,this article finds that there are many problems in cognition on the hospital culture connotation and function,and cognition on the current public hospital cultural construction of substance level,spirit level,behavior level and institutional level. Its reason mainly includes the superficial construction of mental hospital culture,the disjunction of material culture and spiritual culture,the deficiency of humanism core values,and the lack of constraint and timeliness on system construction. Countermeasure from four aspects should be put forward to foster the construction of public hospital culture: the humanistic spirit and harmonious hospital environment,mutual trust relationship in medical service and perfect management system.
