摘  要:底板注浆加固及含水层改造技术被广泛应用于中国大水矿区防治底板承压含水层突水。为研究底板注浆加固工程质量情况,指导注浆工艺方案制定,文中应用超声波检测技术现场探测"原岩(包括断层带)-注浆-开采"全过程中底板不同岩性岩体力学性质变化规律,以岩体动弹性模量数值及其变化率为基准,定量分析了注浆加固及开采过程对底板岩体动弹模的"增强—损伤"度,评价注浆加固效果。结果表明:注浆加固对泥岩动弹模增强度最大,达到392%~400%;砂岩次之,为160%~194%;灰岩最小,为103%~144%;受开采影响,各区段岩体动弹模损伤度差异不大,在17%~30%。验证了裂隙岩体注浆加固及开采过程中动弹性模量变化规律,同时也证实了超声波测试岩体内部声波速度是评价裂隙岩体注浆加固效果的一种有效手段。研究成果可为现场实践利用"一发双收"声波测井技术分析裂隙岩体注浆加固效果提供借鉴,丰富了注浆加固效果检测手段。The technology of floor grouting reinforcement and aquifer transformation is widely used in the prevention and control of water inrush from underlying confined aquifers in China. In order to study the quality of grouting reinforcement for the bottom plate and guide the formulation of grouting process,ultrasonic detecting technology was applied to the comprehensive detection of the mechanical properties of the rock mass of different lithology in the floor during the processes of grouting and mining. By using the dynamic elastic modulus of the rock mass and its change rate as benchmarks,the degrees of enhancement and damage of the rock mass were quantitively analyzed during the processes of grouting and mining,and the grouting effect was also evaluated. The results showed that the greatest strength enhancement induced by grouting was in mudstone,which reached 392% - 400%; the enhancement in sandstone came the second,which was 160% - 194%; the slightest enhancement was in limestone,which was 103% - 144%. The difference of the mining-induced damage degree of the dynamic elastic modulus of the rock mass was small,which varied between 17% and 30%. Through the detection results,the change of the dynamic elastic modulus of the fractured rock mass during the processes of mining and grouting was verified,and the feasibility of the ultrasonic testing technology in the evaluation of grouting reinforcement effect in fractured rock mass was proved. The study will benefit the field practice of evaluating grouting reinforcement effect in fractured rock mass by using the"one launcher two receiver"ultrasonic logging technology,which will expand the methods of the inspection on grouting reinforcement effect.
