摘 要:唐前期外官按照何种方式与比例分配月料,是一个有争议的问题。本文通过对《天圣令·田令》及所附唐令的细致解读,结合《夏侯阳算经》及吐鲁番文书等材料,明确了唐前期外官月料分配方式与比例,进而推演出唐前期外官的经济待遇结构。一般认为,唐前期官员的经济待遇,无论内外官,都是视其官品而定,属于品级制的俸禄制度。实际上唐前期外官经济待遇中的主要部分视其职务而定,属于职务收入。这种以职务为核心的经济待遇结构与唐宋间的官员等级结构演变具有相关性。Comtemporary scholars have debated on the distribution of the Yueliao ( Monthly Salary Payments 月料)of local officials in the Tang Dynasty. I propose to resolve it by a close reading of theTianshengling ( 《天圣令》 ) ,com- bining with the XiahouyangSuanjing ( 《夏侯阳算经》 )and manuscripts from Turfan. Conventional scholarship has suggested that, in the Tang Dynasty both central officials and local officials were paid based on their ranks. But I suggest that the salary payments of local officials are mainly based on their concrete exec-utive posts. In early Tang, based on the study of the salary structure of local offi-cials ,the core compensation structure of the concrete executive post is correlated with the evolution of the official rank structure from Tang to Song, which is worth noting.
