心理护理对胶质瘤患者围手术期焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究心理护理对胶质瘤患者围手术期焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响.方法：以我院 2017 年 1 月至 2017 年 12月收治的 106 例胶质瘤患者为研究对象,采用数字表随机法分为两组,观察组 53 例给予心理护理,对照组 53 例采用常规护理,入院时、出院前采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评估患者焦虑抑郁情绪,采用生活质量综合评估问卷（GQOL-74） 评估患者生活质量. 结果： 护理后出院前两组 HAMA 量表精神性因子得分均较入院时降低, 差异有统计学意义 （P〈0.05）.观察组患者出院时焦虑/躯体化、认识障碍、阻滞、睡眠障碍和绝望感五因子得分明显低于入院时,且低于对照组,对照组仅认识障碍、阻滞两因子得分低于入院时,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：胶质瘤患者围手术期心理护理既能缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,又能提高生活质量,值得推广应用.Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression and quality of life in patients with glioma. Methods In our hospital between January 2017 and December 2017, 106 patients with glioma were treated as the research object, by using digital table randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 53 cases were given psychological nursing, the control group of 53 patients with routine nursing care, on admission, discharge before using Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） and Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） to evaluate patients with anxiety depression, with the comprehensive assessment of the quality of life questionnaire （GQOL - 74） to assess patients＇ quality of life .Results The scores of psychiatric factors in the two groups of HAMA scale were lower than those in the hospital after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Observation group of patients discharged from hospital anxiety/somatization, cognition disorders, block, sleep disorder and hopelessness five factor score significantly lower than on admission, and lower than the control group, two factor score lower than the control group only meet obstacles, stuck on admission, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative psychological nursing can relieve anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life.
