摘　　要：目的研究自体脂肪颗粒移植在面部凹陷整形美容中的应用效果。方法随机抽取94例本院2015年6月至2017年7月收治的行面部凹陷整形美容患者作为研究对象,根据随机信封法将其分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47)。对照组实施硅胶整形术治疗,观察组应用自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、患者满意度和术后并发症发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予行面部凹陷整形美容患者实施自体脂肪颗粒移植术治疗,既可提高治疗总有效率和患者满意度,又可降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of autologous fat granule transplantation on cosmetic treatment of facial depression. Methods A total of 94 patients with cosmetic treatment of facial depression treated in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2017 were selected and divided into control group（n=47） and observation group（n=47） according to random envelope method. The control group was treated with silicone plastic surgery. The observation group was treated with autologous fat granule transplantation. The total effective rate, satisfaction of patients and incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment and the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with facial depression cosmetic surgery is treated with autologous fat granule transplantation, which can not only improve the total effective rate and patients＇ satisfaction, but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
