沙参麦冬汤加减应用于慢性支气管炎的效果及对患者血清肺表面活性蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨沙参麦冬汤加减疗法在慢性支气管炎治疗中的应用效果及其对血清肺表面活性蛋白的影响。方法将我院2016年1月至2017年12月收治的120例慢性支气管炎患者按照随机数字表法分研究组与常规组,各60例。常规组采用常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上给予沙参麦冬汤加减治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,优于常规组的76.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SP-A、SP-D、IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性支气管炎患者在常规治疗基础上应用沙参麦冬汤加减治疗效果显著,可改善血清肺表面活性蛋白水平,减轻炎症反应,值得临床中应用。Objective To investigate the application of modified Shashen Maidong decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchitis and its effect on serum pulmonary surfactant protein. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic bronchitis in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into study group and conventional group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each troup. The conventional group was treated with routine treatment, and the study group was given modified Shashen Maidong decoction on the basis of the conventional group. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 93.33% in the study group, which was significantly higher than 76.67% in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of SP-A, SP-D, IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and those of the study group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified Shashen Maidong decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchitis has significant effect. It can improve serum levels of serum pulmonary surfactant protein, reduce inflammation, whicht is worthy of clinical application.
