健康教育护理理念在重离子束治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究健康教育护理理念在重离子束治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果。方法随机选取2015年5月至2017年5月我院收治的皮肤恶性肿瘤患者80例,依据护理理念将这些患者分为传统宣教组(n=40)和健康教育组(n=40),分别接受传统宣教和健康教育护理理念。统计分析两组患者的照射前充分准备、及时处理副反应、掌握恢复期知识、各阶段依从性及总体满意度。结果健康教育组患者的照射前充分准备、及时处理副反应、掌握恢复期知识比例均显著高于传统宣教组,各阶段依从性显著高于传统宣教组,总体满意度显著高于传统宣教组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育护理理念在重离子束治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果较传统宣教好,值得推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of health education nursing concept in the nursing of patients with malignant tumor of skin who treated with heavy ion beam. Methods Eighty cases of patients with malignant tumor of skin in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into traditional education group（n=40） and health education group（n=40）according to the nursing concept, received traditional education and health education nursing concept respectively. The fully prepared before irradiation, timely treatment of side effects, mastering recovery knowledge, compliance of each stage and overall satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The ratios of fully prepared before irradiation,timely treatment of side effects and mastering recovery knowledge of the health education group were significantly higher than those of the traditional education group, the compliance of each stage was significantly higher than that of the traditional education group, the overall satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the traditional education group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with traditional education, health education nursing concept in the nursing of patients with malignant tumor of skin who treated with heavy ion beam has better effects, it＇s worthy of promotion.
