常用乳腺影像诊断方法的比较研究

摘  要:目的对乳腺癌常用的影像学诊断方法的临床效果进行比较研究。方法将2015年11月—2017年11月在该院接受诊治的148例乳腺癌患者作为该次研究的主要对象,该院为所有患者分别进行彩色多普勒超声检查和钼靶X线检查,检查结束后对两种影像学检查的诊断结果进行对比。结果在诊断结果方面,彩色多普勒超声的良性肿瘤检出率为95.10%,确诊率为88.24%,仅7例患者诊断错误,误诊率为6.86%,5例患者漏诊,漏诊率为4.90%。彩色多普勒超声的恶性肿瘤检出率为91.30%,确诊率为69.56%,10例患者诊断错误,误诊率为21.74%,共4例患者漏诊,漏诊率为8.70%。钼靶X线的良性肿瘤检出率为88.24%,确诊率为83.33%,5例患者诊断错误,误诊率为4.90%,有12例患者漏诊,漏诊率为11.76%。钼靶X线的恶性肿瘤检出率为89.13%,确诊率为78.26%,5例患者诊断错误,误诊率为10.87%,共有5例患者漏诊,漏诊率为10.87%。数据经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在钙化病灶检出情况方面,彩色多普勒超声共检出38例钙化病灶,检出率为25.68%,钼靶X线共检出75例钙化病灶,检出率为50.68%。数据经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查在良性肿瘤的诊断中具有较高的水平,而钼靶X线检查对较为微小的病灶以及恶性肿瘤的诊断准确率更高,在临床诊断中可通过结合两种影像学检查的方法以提高诊断准确率。Objective A comparative study of the clinical effects of commonly used imaging diagnostic methods for breast cancer. Methods 148 patients with breast cancer diagnosed and treated in this hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were the main targets of this study. All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography and mammography X-ray examination. The diagnostic results of the two imaging examinations were compared. Results In terms of diagnostic results, the detection rate of benign tumors by color Doppler ultrasound was 95.10%, and the diagnosis rate was 88.24%. Only 7 patients had a diagnosis error, and the misdiagnosis rate was 6.86%. 5 patients were missed and the missed diagnosis rate was 4.90%. Color Doppler ultrasound detection rate of malignant tumors was 91.30%, the diagnosis rate was 69.56%, 10 cases were diagnosed with errors, misdiagnosis rate was 21.74%, a total of 4 patients missed diagnosis, the missed diagnosis rate was 8.70%. The benign tumor detection rate of mammography X-ray was88.24%, the diagnosis rate was 83.33%, 5 cases were diagnosed wrongly, and the misdiagnosis rate was 4.90%. There were 12 patients missed diagnosis and the missed diagnosis rate was 11.76%. The detection rate of malignant tumors of mammography was 89.13%, and the diagnosis rate was 78.26%. The diagnosis of 5 patients was incorrect. The misdiagnosis rate was 10.87%. There were 5 patients with missed diagnosis and the missed diagnosis rate was 10.87%. The data was statistically significant(P〈0.05). In the detection of calcification lesions, 38 cases of calcified lesions were detected by color Doppler ultrasound, the detection rate was 25.68%, and 75 cases of calcification lesions were detected on the molybdenum target X-ray. The detection rate was 50.68%. The data was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a higher level of diagnosis in benign tumors, and mammographic X-ray examination is more accurate in the diagnosis of subtle lesions and malignant tumors.
