低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛护理分析

摘　　要：目的分析治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者时运用低分子肝素的疗效及护理方式。方法选取2015年5月—2016年12月该院不稳定型心绞痛患者病例数共计90例。通过随机法平均分成对照组和观察组各45例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者则是在常规治疗基础上接受低分子肝素皮下注射。分析两组患者的治疗有效率以及血液流动学指标差异。结果观察组中治疗有效率显著高于对照组(χ~2=5.327,P<0.05),在心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛发作持续时间、ST段下降、T波下降等各项指标中均显著由于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上针对不稳定型心绞痛患者采取低分子肝素治疗后患者血流动力学表现良好,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective This paper tries to analyze the efficacy and nursing of low molecular heparin in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 90 patients with unstable angina were selected from May 2015 to December2016 in this hospital. Randomized average into the control group and the observation group of 45 cases. Patients in the control group received routine treatment, while patients in the observation group received subcutaneous injections of low-molecular-weight heparin on the basis of routine treatment. The efficacy of treatment and differences in hemodynamic parameters were analyzed in both groups. Results The treatment efficiency was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（χ~2=5.327, P〈0.05）, In the control group, the number of episodes of angina, the duration of angina pectoris, the decrease of ST segment and the decrease of T wave were significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinically, the hemodynamics of patients with unstable angina pectoris treated with low-molecular-weight heparin is good, and has a high clinical value.
