摘  要:井筒电加热是乐安油田解决稠油开采举升难题的主导技术。近年来随着草13孔店、王152等特超稠油区块的开发,井筒电加热运行呈现出运行井数多、整体能耗高的问题。2016年以来结合区块的实际生产情况,引进闭式热水循环举升技术,根据乐安油田的特点优选15口井进行节能降耗举升配套,年累计节电159.41万kW·h,减排CO_2 481.95 t,取得较好节能减排效果,助推稠油开发提质增效。Wellbore electric heating technology is a leading way to tackle problems in heavy oil lifting in Le'an oil?eld. In recent years, the development of extra/super heavy oil blocks like Kongdian 13 and Wang 152 in the oil?eld has to confront higher energy consumption resulted from more wellbore electric heating applications. According to the situation in the oil blocks, we have introduced the closed water circulation lifting technology since 2016 in 15 selected wells to cut energy use in oil lifting. The adaptive application optimization of the technology has achieved good results in saving energy (1.59 million kW·h/year) and reducing emission (CO2 482 tons/year), which fueled ef?ciency upgrade in heavy oil recovery.
