摘 要:为了评估拟除虫菊酯类农药(甲氰菊酯)对藻类的毒性作用,筛选出合适的敏感藻种用于海水池塘水质农业污染监测,研究了不同浓度的灭扫利(20%甲氰菊酯)对3种海水单胞藻,即蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)、盐生杜氏藻(Dunaliella salina)、强壮前沟藻(Amphidinium carterae)的毒性效应。本研究采用8个不同浓度梯度的灭扫利评估暴露7 d后3种藻类的密度变化,计算半抑制效应浓度(EC_(50))。结果表明:灭扫利对3种藻类的毒性均随着时间的延长逐渐降低,蛋白核小球藻和盐生杜氏藻在0~72 h时藻密度随灭扫利浓度增加而明显减少,强壮前沟藻在0~48h时藻密度随灭扫利浓度升高而降低。灭扫利对蛋白核小球藻24、48、72和96 h的半抑制效应浓度(EC_(50))分别为2.6、2.9、2.8和7.6 mg/L;对盐生杜氏藻别为2.6、4.1、4.8和16.8 mg/L;对强壮前沟藻分别为4.1、4.8、7.0和6.9mg/L。由此得出灭扫利对3种藻毒性敏感程序依次为蛋白核小球藻>盐生杜氏藻>强壮前沟藻。按照农药对藻类的毒性等级标准划分:灭扫利对蛋白核小球藻、盐生杜氏藻和强壮前沟藻均为中等毒性农药。因此,在海水养殖池塘中,以灭扫利作为杀藻剂对蛋白核小球藻和盐生杜氏藻具有较大影响,对强壮前沟藻的影响较小。本研究将为确定海水养殖池塘中灭扫利杀藻浓度和筛选农药污染指示藻种提供参考。In order to evaluate the toxicity of pyrethroid pesticide residues( fenpropathrin) to marine microalgae,screenning out the suitable sensitive species is to monitor the agricultural pollution in seawater ponds. This paper studied the toxic effects of various concentrations of meothrin on Chlorella pyrenoidosa,Dunaliella salina and Amphidinium carterae with 8 experimental groups and 1 control group. After the exposure for 7 days,their densities were determined and half-inhibitory effect concentration( EC_(50)) was caculated. The results showed that the toxic effect of fenpropathrin on 3 species of marine microalgae decreased with the extension of time. The density of C. pyrenoidosa,D. salina at 0-72 h increased with the increases in fenpropathrin concentration,and density of A. carterae at 0-48 h is the same as above. Based on the caculation of EC_(50),the sensitive effect of the menthrin was shown as: C. pyrenoidosa D. salina A. carterae. According to the toxic effects of fenpropathrin on algaes,fenpropathrin is a medium-toxicity pesticide for C. pyrenoidosa,D. salina and A. carterae. Killing algaes by fenpropathrin in the seawater aquaculture ponds has a significantly effect on C. pyrenoidosa and D. salina,lightly effect on A. carterae,which provides a reference for the selection of fenpropathrin contamination indicators in the seawater aquaculture ponds.
