摘  要:目的:建立超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定药用丁基胶塞中的2,6-二叔丁基对甲基苯酚(BHT)的含量。方法:采用二氯甲烷-甲醇(1∶1)为提取溶剂,利用超高效液相色谱法对BHT含量进行测定。色谱柱:资生堂CAPCELLPAK C18(200 mm×50 mm,2μm);流动相:乙腈-水-异丙醇(55∶35∶10);流速:0.4 ml·min-1;检测波长:280 nm;柱温:40℃;进样量:3μl。结果:抗氧剂BHT在0.2-50.0μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率97.3%(RSD=1.4%,n=9)。结论:该方法灵敏快速、结果准确,可用于测定药用丁基胶塞中BHT的含量。Objective: To establish a determination method for BHT in medicinal butyl rubber plug. Methods: The separation was performed on a CAPCELLPAK C18( 200 mm × 50 mm,2 μm) column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-isopropanol( 55∶ 35 ∶ 10). The flow rate was 0. 4 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The column temperature was 40℃ and the injection volume was 3 μl. Results: BHT had a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 2-50. 0 μg·ml-1( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 97. 3% and the RSD was 1. 4%( n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple,quick,senstive,accurate and repeatable,which can be used to determine the content of BHT.
