摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快,乡镇建设也逐渐展开。近几年乡镇道路建设不断发展,建设项目离不开拆迁环节,在乡镇公路建设拆迁过程中就出现了很多的问题,严重的制约了乡镇经济发展,为了缓解拆迁引发的矛盾,使乡镇建设更加发展完善,必须从拆迁成本控制着手,平衡多方利益,寻求如何控制拆迁项目成本的根本解决方法。本文从湖南省S206公路建设入手,通过对建设过程中存在成本测算、动迁搬迁等关键因素的问题,提出相应的解决方案,以此来平衡各方利益,促进乡镇经济的发展。With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the construction of villages and towns is also gradually developing.In recent years, the construction of township roads has been developing continuously. Construction projects can not be separated from the demolition link, in the process of township and township road construction and demolition, there are a lot of problems,seriously restricting the development of township economy. In order to alleviate the contradictions caused by the demolition, and make the township construction more development and perfect, we must start from the control of the demolition cost, balance the interests of many parties,and draw how to control the demolition items. The fundamental solution to the cost of the eye. This paper,starting with the construction of the S206 highway in Hunan Province, puts forward the corresponding solutions to balance the interests of the parties and promote the development of the township economy through the key factors in the construction process,such as the cost calculation,the relocation and relocation.
