摘　　要：通过阐述产品的研制需求和设计要求,从材料选型、抗力学设计、制造工艺与过程控制以及产品性能表征等方面,分别开展了聚苯硫醚(PPS)和聚醚醚酮(PEEK)两种工程塑料的成型及机加工艺研究。最终研制的产品性能稳定,满足设计指标要求。Combined with the product research and design requirements,the forming and machining process of two kinds of engineering plastics,PPS and PEEK,were carried out from material selection,mechanical design,manufacturing process and process control and product characterization etc. The developed products are stable in performance and meet the requirements of design index.
