摘　　要：随着互联网日益成为人们日常沟通的手段,社会进入了"互联网+"的时代。"互联网+"时代为工会工作带来了新的发展机遇,工会工作可以利用微信公众平台服务广大教职工,工会和会员之间的便捷沟通,可以使时空交互作用大大扩展,并且成本低、效率高。用互联网思想思考和创新工会的沟通工作,与以前相比,工会工作的沟通环境在媒体环境和现实中发生了很大变化。工会成员的信息需求也发生了很大变化。本文探讨了建立高校微信服务平台的内容和具体方法,提出了高校工会微信服务平台的功能,并通过构建微信平台,实现了高效便捷的工会工作模式。As the Internet has increasingly become a means of daily communication for people,society has entered the era of ＂Internet ＋ ＂. The ＂Internet ＋ ＂era has brought new opportunities for the development of trade unions. Trade union work can use the We Chat public platform to serve the majority of faculty and staff.The convenient communication between trade unions and members can greatly expand the interaction of time and space,and it is cheaper and efficient. Using the Internet to think about and innovate the communication work of the trade unions,the communication environment of the trade union work has undergone great changes in the media environment and reality. The information needs of the union members have also changed greatly.This article discusses the content and specific methods for setting up a WeChat service platform in universities,and proposes the function of the We Chat service platform in colleges and universities,and through the construction of a WeChat platform,it has achieved an efficient and convenient trade union work model.
