摘  要:为了提高热泵空调器的制热性能,热泵空调器的室外机需要同时在非结霜工况和结霜工况下高效地运行。本文提出了一种能够提高热泵空调器制热性能的同时避免霜层堵塞的镂空强化翅片。首先镂空位置需要同时避开翅片表面的霜层堆积区域和排水区域,防止镂空结构在结霜工况下被水滴或霜层堵塞;然后通过三维翅片仿真模型求解得到最佳镂空结构。新型镂空翅片在背风侧具有两排矩形镂空孔。实验结果表明新型镂空翅片在非结霜工况和结霜工况下的换热量分别比波纹翅片高4.6%和1.1%,并且镂空结构在结霜工况下能够避免霜层的堵塞。The outdoor unit of the heat pump air conditioner should perform efficiently under both the non-frosting and the frosting conditions to achieve a higher heating performance. A perforated fin which can reinforce the heating performance of air conditioners and avoid the frost blockage near the perforated structures is proposed. The perforate position at the fin is determined by analyzing the position of the frost blockage zone and the water exclusion zone firstly; and then the best perforated structures are designed by the numerical simulation model of fin. The proposed fin has two columns of rectangular holes on the leeward side fin surface. The experimental results prove that the heat transfer capacities of the new designed perforated fin under the non-frosting and the frosting conditions are respectively 4.6% and 1.1% higher than those of the wavy fin. The perforated structure can be proved to avoid the frost blockage.
