摘  要:针对我国客运专线铁路大跨度斜拉桥设计中出现的2种新型构造细节——十字形熔透焊接构造(传力型)和焊接盖板构造开展疲劳试验,制定了其疲劳S-N曲线和疲劳抗力设计指标。在此基础上,进行了2种试件在超声波锤击后不同应力幅下的疲劳试验,掌握了超声波锤击对不同构造细节疲劳强度的影响,以及对同一构造细节不同应力幅下疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明:超声波锤击后试件的200万次疲劳强度有明显提高,为原状试件的2倍以上;但超声波锤击后试件的疲劳S-N曲线斜率明显减小,即随着应力幅的增加,超声波锤击对其疲劳性能的改善程度越来越小;当应力幅大到一定程度时,超声波锤击不会改善其疲劳性能。Cross penetration welding structure(load carrying type) and welding plate structure are new structure details on the large span cable-stayed bridge in China.The fatigue experiments were carried out for the two structure details,their fatigue S-N curves and design index of fatigue resistance were established. Furthermore,fatigue experiments under different stress range were carried out for the two kinds of specimens after ultrasonic hammering.The influence of ultrasonic hammering on the fatigue strength of different details and on the fatigue behaviour of the same details under different stress range were mastered.The results show that the specimens fatigue strength under 2 million times of fatigue coad are improved obviously after ultrasonic hammering,and the fatigue strength is more than twice that of the specimens which don't be hammered. But the slope of the fatigue S-N curve of the ultrasonic hammered specimens decreases obviously compared to the specimens that don't be hammered. That is,with the increase of the stress range,the improve effect of the ultrasonic hammering on the fatigue behaviour becomes more and more small.When the stress range is large enough,the ultrasonic hammering will not improve its fatigue behaviour.
