摘 要:怀化—邵阳—衡阳铁路黄岩隧道采用机械化配套设备施工,在Ⅲ级围岩段落采用全断面(含仰拱)开挖法。本文对全断面(含仰拱)开挖法的技术特点进行了总结。基于ANSYS优化反分析,考虑空间效应修正实测数据,对黄岩隧道砂质板岩的蠕变参数进行反演分析,得到时变本构方程。采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立二维数值计算模型,对采用全断面(含仰拱)开挖法施工的Ⅲ级围岩段的位移和应力进行计算分析。结果表明,采用全断面(含仰拱)开挖法能够保证Ⅲ级围岩段的稳定。Huangyan tunnel of Huaihua-Shaoyang-Hengyang railway was constructed by mechanized matching equipment,and the full face tunneling method(including invert arch) was adopted in the Ⅲ grade surrounding rock section.This paper summarized the technical characteristics of the full face tunneling method(including invert arch).Based on the optimization inverse analysis of ANSYS,the inversion analysis for the creep parameters of sandy slate in Huangyan tunnel was implemented and the time-variant constitutive equation was obtained by considering the spatial effect correction of measured data. Two dimensional numerical calculation model was established by using finite element software ABAQUS,the displacement and stress of Ⅲ grade surrounding rock section constructed by full face tunneling method(including invert arch) was calculated and analyzed.The results show that the full face tunneling method(including invert arch) could guarantee the stability of Ⅲ grade surrounding rock section.
