摘 要:膨胀管补贴施工中,不同的下入深度决定不同的膨胀工艺和选井方式,为确立膨胀管补贴过程中最大下入深度及其与施工参数的关系。通过对管柱力学分析,推导出各参数之间的关系式,绘制了关系匹配图,利用该图可求出不同工况下的膨胀管的最大下入深度,为膨胀管补贴的设计及选井提供了理论依据。研究表明,膨胀管的最大下入深度与输送管柱的材料强度,施工过程的压力,补贴时补贴施工管柱与原井套管的环空中的液面位置有关。该结果为膨胀管补贴及选井提供了技术支持。During the construction of expandable tabular patching, expansion processes and well selection methods are dominated by setting depth. In order to determine the maximum setting depth in the process of expandable tabular patching and its relationship with construction parameters, the relational expressions between these parameters were derived based on the mechanical analysis of pipe string. Then, the relation matching diagram was plotted. This diagram can be used to calculate the maximum setting depth of expandable tabular under different working conditions and provide the theoretical basis for expandable tabular patching design and well selection. It is indicated that the maximum setting depth of the expandable tabular is related to the material strength of delivery string, the pressure in the process of construction, and the liquid level in the annulus between the patching string and the original casing during the patching. The research results provide the technical support for expandable tabular patching and well selection.
