摘　　要：陵水苏维埃政权是中国共产党带领黎汉人民在琼建立的第一个县级苏维埃政权,是琼崖人民心中一面璀璨光辉的旗帜,为我国少数民族反封建反侵略斗争史添上了浓墨重彩的一笔。陵水苏维埃政权虽然以失败告终,但是其对整个琼崖黎汉百姓民族气节的塑造和日后琼崖革命斗争的开展都产生了不可磨灭的促进作用。从陵水苏维埃政权的建立、失败原因和历史地位三方面对其革命历程及历史地位展开论述。The Soviet regime in Lingshui is the first county- level Soviet Communist Party led by Chinese Li and Han people in the establishment of Qiong, a bright light is the hearts of the people of Qiong Ya banner.
