摘 要:目的探析儿童前牙冠缺损在采用光固化复合树脂修复技术下的临床效果。方法方便选取2013年7月—2016年7月于该院门诊接受前牙冠缺损修复的50例(55颗牙)儿童为观察研究的对象,按患儿于接受修复时的单双数记录形式将其均分为两组,分别为对照组与观察组,其中对照组采用复合树脂进行传统修复,观察组则采用硅橡胶导板进行光固化复合树脂修复,比较分析两组患儿在不同修复技术下的修复成功率以及患儿及其家属的满意度、修复保留率等。结果在该研究的实际结果中表明,观察组患儿的牙冠缺损修复成功率(92.00%)大幅度优于对照组(68.00%)(χ~2=4.50,P<0.05),且其获得患儿及其家属的满意度(96.00%)亦优于对照组(76.00%)(χ~2=4.15,P<0.05),两组的指标之间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但其修复保留率(88.00%)与对照组(68.00%)相差不大,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.91,P>0.05)。结论对于前牙冠出现缺损的患儿,采用树脂导板修复技术进行治疗不仅可以成功修复患儿缺损的牙齿,而且可以满足患儿及其家属对其牙齿的美观需求,值得推广以及应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of light cured composite resin repair in the treatment of anterior teeth defect in children. Methods 50 cases underwent anterior crown defect repair(55 teeth) treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the recording form, including control group and observation group, the control group used the traditional composite resin repair, while the observation group used silicone rubber plate of light cured composite resin, and the repair success rate and satisfaction degree of patients and their families, and repair the retention rate were compared. Results The crown defect success rate in the observation group(92.00%) was significantly better than that in the control group(68.00%)(χ~2=4.50, P0.05), and the satisfactory degree of their children and family(96.00%) was also better than that of the control group(76.00%)(χ~2=4.15, P0.05), the differences between two groups were big(P0.05), with statistical significance, but the difference in the retention rate between the observation group(88.00%) and the control group(68.00%) was not obvious, the difference was not statistically significant(χ~2=2.91, P 0.05). Conclusion For children with defects for anterior teeth, the resin plate repair technology for treatment can not only repair the defect of teeth, and but also can meet the needs of children and their families for appearance of the teeth, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
