摘 要:以异辛醇为萃取剂、乙酸丁酯为溶剂、疏水性离子液体三丁基己基膦双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐([P_(4,4,4,6)][NTf_2])为稀释剂,从东台吉乃尔盐湖卤水酸化提硼母液中进行了萃取硼酸的试验研究。考察了[P_(4,4,4,6)][NTf_2]和异辛醇的体积分数、相比、pH值、萃取级数、饱和萃取容量、反萃剂酸度以及反萃级数等条件试验。在较优的试验条件下,四级错流萃取,萃取率为99.7%,三级错流反萃,反萃率为99.6%,硼总回收率达99.3%,饱和萃取容量达到28.7 g/L(以H_3BO_3计)。通过斜率法确定负载有机相中萃合物的组成并探讨了其萃取机理。萃取体系中加入[P_(4,4,4,6)][NTf_2],可部分替代乙酸丁酯,减少乙酸丁酯的用量,降低对环境的污染,对实现萃取法盐湖卤水绿色提硼具有重要研究意义。Extraction of boric acid in boron mother liquor of acidified brine from East Taijinar Salt Lake was investigated by using isooctyl alcohol as extractant, butyl acetate as solvent and hydrophobic ionic liquid tributylhexylphosphonium bis(trifluoromethyl sulfonyl) imide([P4,4,4,6][NTf2]) as diluent. The experimental conditions including volume fraction of isooctyl alcohol and [P4,4,4,6][NTf2],phase ratio,pH value,extraction stages,saturated extraction capacity,acidity of back-extractant and stripping extraction stages were investigated at room temperature. At the optional conditions,the extraction efficiency of boron can reach 99. 7% with four stages cross-current extraction,and the efficiency of three cross-current stripping extractions is 99. 6%. The total recovery of boron is 99. 3%,and the saturated extraction capacity is about 28. 7 g/L(by H3BO3). Composition of the extraction complex was determined via slope analysis method and extraction mechanism was discussed. [P4,4,4,6][NTf2]can partially replace butyl acetate in the extraction system,which can diminish the dosage of butyl acetate and will reduce environmental pollution. It has great significance for green extraction of boron from salt lake brine by extraction method.
