摘  要:异丁烷共氧化法生产环氧丙烷联产甲基叔丁基醚已成为一种重要的MTBE生产工艺,但因工艺的独特性,MTBE产品含大量丙酮等含氧杂质,质量较低。通过对比评估四种产品质量改进方案的技术可行性、操作方式、工艺复杂度,文中确定采用粗TBA原料精馏脱丙酮工艺。实验结果表明:该工艺可将MTBE产品中杂质丙酮针对性的脱除至质量分数0.1%以下,从而将产品纯度从97.5%提升至98.5%以上,最终有效提升异丁烷共氧化法联产MTBE产品质量。此外,文中根据连续精馏实验结果建立了可准确描述TBA精馏脱丙酮过程的数学模型,其热力学方法采用UNIQUAC。通过该模型计算,确定了工业化TBA精馏脱丙酮塔的最优回流比为50,并获得了塔径、塔高、再沸器热负荷等其他设计参数。The process of preparing propylene oxide through the co-oxidation of isobutene with propylene,cogenerating methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE),is an important technology. However,for the specificity of this process,enormous oxygen impurities,such as acetone in the product,could cause low quality of propylene oxide.Comparison results of four product quality improvement processes demonstrate that distillation of crude TBA is the optimal method to remove acetone,considering the technical feasibility,operation method and process complexity.It also indicates that the content of acetone in crude TBA and MTBE declines to less than 0. 1%. Consequently,the purity of MTBE improves from 97. 5% to more than 98. 5%,which upgrades the quality of MTBE effectively.Besides,a reliable mathematical model is successfully developed to represent the process of TBA rectifying,based on experimental results of continuous rectification,using UNIQUAC method. The optimal reflux ratio of TBA rectifying column was 50. In addition,the diameter,height,reboiler heat duty and other design parameters of the TBA rectifying column were obtained.
