我国输韩活鱼遭遇技术性贸易措施及对策分析

摘　　要：活鱼是我国出口韩国最具竞争力的产品之一,但近年来我国活鱼出口不断遭遇韩国技术性贸易措施,严重制约了输韩活鱼贸易的发展。文章通过研究活鱼出口韩国过程中遭遇的技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)通报与世界贸易组织实施卫生与植物卫生措施协定(SPS)通报情况,总结分析输韩活鱼遭遇的技术性贸易措施特点,提出应对输韩活鱼技术性贸易措施的对策,力求有助于输韩活鱼的中国企业合理规避技术性贸易壁垒及减少损失。The export of live fish has become one of the most competitive products in the export products from China to South Korea. But in recent years,the technical trade measures from South Korea have seriously restricted the development of live fish export trade. This article summarize the characteristics of the technical trade measures on basis of the research of TBT notifications and SPS notifications about the export of live fish from China to South Korea. According to this,we put forward countermeasures to deal with technical trade measures for the export of live fish to South Korea,in order to help Chinese enterprises,which export live fish to South Korea,to avoid technical trade barriers and reduce losses.
