摘　　要：民生问题一直是我国社会经济发展中的重要问题,尤其是一些特殊群体的民生状况更是政府和社会各界关注的焦点.环卫工人对城市环境的改善作出了重大贡献,他们的生活和工作状况会直接影响到城市环境质量,有必要对环卫工人状况进行深入的认识与了解,加深公众对环卫工个体和群体角色的认知.鉴于此,笔者对贵州省安顺市开发区环卫所的135名环卫工人进行了结构式问卷调查与深入访谈,了解环卫工人具体的生活状况,增强人们对环卫工群体与个体的认识,同时探究社会工作专业方法对环卫工人进行介入服务的实践模式。People＇s livelihood has always been an important issue in China＇s social and economic development, especially the livelihood situation of some special groups is the focus of attention of the government and all sectors of society. Sanita-tion workers make great contribution to the improvement of the urban environ-ment ,their living and working conditions will directly affect the quality of urban en-vironment ,it is necessary to have an indepth knowledge and understanding of sani-tation workers situation,to deepen the publicr sperception of sanitation workers in-dividual and group roles. In view of th is, the author conducts a structured question-naire survey and indepth interview on 135 sanitation workers in the environmental protection institute of Anshun Development Zone in Guizhou province, to under-stand the specific life status of sanitation workers, strengthen awareness of workers group and individual,and explore the practice model of the professional social work method to provide intervention services to the sanitation workers.
