摘　　要：目的:探讨感染性心内膜炎(infective endocarditis,IE)的临床特点、抗感染治疗及疾病转归。方法:对124例感染性心内膜炎患者的基础病因、临床表现及其并发症等进行回顾性分析。结果:基础病因中,非风湿性瓣膜心脏病最多,54例,占43.5%;其次是先天性心脏病,25例,占18.4%;再次是风湿性瓣膜心脏病,18例,占14.5%。在大多数患者(80.6%)疾病早期,IE的经典临床特征已不常见。最常见的致病菌为链球菌(56.1%)。接受外科手术治疗的占72.6%,住院死亡率为1.6%。结论:IE常见的基础病因前3位分别为非风湿性瓣膜心脏病、先天性心脏病和风湿性瓣膜心脏病;IE通常是一种急性以链球菌感染率高为特征的感染性疾病。Objective： To investigate the clinical features,anti-infective treatment and disease outcome of infective endocarditis（ IE）.Methods： The underlying disease, clinical features and complications of 124 patients with IE were retrospectively analyzed.Results： Among the underlying disease causes,the number of non-rheumatic valve disease was the most（ 54 cases,43. 5%）,congenital heart disease 25 cases,18. 4%,and rheumatic valve heart disease 18 cases,14. 5%. Most patients（ 80. 6%） presented early in the disease with few of the classic clinical hallmarks of IE. Streptococcus aureus was the most common pathogen（ 56. 1%）. Surgical therapy was commonly used（ 72. 6%）,and in-hospital mortality was 1. 6%. Conclusion： Non-rheumatic valve disease,congenital heart diseases and rheumatic valve heart disease are the most commonly underlying diseases causes of IE. IE is an acute disease,characterized by a high rate of streptococcus aureus infection.
