医疗纠纷案例库建设的初步探索

摘　　要：目前,我国医患关系紧张、医患冲突不断的状况已成为社会发展中的一个不稳定因素,引起了人们的担忧和研究者的关注。医患关系的研究有很多,各个研究中使用的方法不尽相同,而相关的案例库建设还基本处于空白。这样的案例库建设将丰富医患关系研究的方法,也有助于我们对当前医患关系现状提出新解释。我们通过对报纸期刊上的案例进行整理,初步建设起了一个从2000年到2015年,包含16个字段2625条案例的医疗纠纷案例库。该案例库还在进一步扩充之中。Nowadays,the doctor-patient relationship in China is rather tense. The constant conflict between doctors and patients has become an unstable factor in social development,which worries many people and was noticed by many researchers. There are many studies concerning the relationship between doctors and patients,and the methods used in each study are different,but the construction of doctor-patient case base is still in blank. The construction of the case base will enrich the doctor-patient relationship research methods,and will help us bring up newexplanations of the current situation of the doctor-patient relationship. Through systematic study of newspaper and periodicals,we build a case base of 2625 cases,which has 16 fields and covers doctor-patient disputes from 2000 to 2015. The case base is still in expansion.
