摘  要:对不同砷、锡含量的12 mm E级低合金钢板进行对比试验,结果表明:As,Sn含量对低合金钢板的拉伸性能影响不大,但对其低温冲击性能影响较为明显,尤其是钢板正火后的低温冲击性能出现了降低;砷、锡含量高的低合金钢板热轧态组织中珠光体尺寸不均匀,正火态组织中铁素体晶粒内部出现了小尺寸珠光体团,这是低温冲击韧性下降的主要原因。Through the comparative testing of the 12 mm Grd. E low alloy steel plates with different As、Sn content,the results show that the contents of As and Sn have little effect on the tensile properties of low-alloy steel plates,but has obvious effect on the low-temperature impact properties,particularly that are reduced after normalizing. The pearlite size in the hot rolled low alloy steel with high arsenic and tin content is not uniform,and small size pearlite clusters appear in the ferrite grains in the normalized structure,which are the main reasons for the decrease of low temperature impact toughness.
