摘  要:受原燃料品质劣化和炉料结构波动的影响,新钢10号高炉操作炉型的维护难度加大,先后出现炉墙结厚和管道行程等异常现象。通过采取优化上下部调剂、调整炉料结构和操作参数以及活跃炉缸等措施,维护了高炉操作炉型的合理、稳定,进一步优化了经济技术指标。Affected by the deterioration of the original fuel quality and the fluctuation of the burden design,the maintenance difficulty of furnace wear lines is increased for No. 10 blast furnace in Xinyu,and the abnormal furnace conditions such as BF wall accretion and pipeline stroke appeares successively. By adopting the measurements like: optimized adjustment on the top and bottom,adjusting the structure of burden design and operating parameters; active hearth,the blast furnace wear lines is kept reasonable and stable,the technical and economic indicators are further optimized.
