摘  要:介绍新钢冷轧连退生产线卷取机的结构和工作原理。针对卷取机检测元件选型及安装不合理、控制程序存在缺陷、回转挡盘卡边丝、机械手频繁脱落等问题进行原因分析,采取相应改进措施后,废边卷取机的故障率明显下降,提高了机组产能,降低了员工劳动强度。The structure and working principle of recoiling machine is introduced for the cold rolling continuous annealing production line in Xinyu Steel. For the cause of problems like: coiler detecting element selection and unreasonable installation,the control program with flaw,the edge of rotary baffle plate got stuck,manipulator frequently fall off are analyzed,corresponding improvement measures are adopted. And after corresponding improvement are carride out,failure rate for the waste edge coiling machine significantly decreased,the unit capacity is increased,the labor intensity is reduced.
